WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer families simple and easy access to view and order their photos via an online gallery service. Each family receives a security pin to access their child's class gallery, organized by school or classroom for their convenience. For peace of mind, we can arrange private access options for the more security-conscious parent, so only they can view their child's photos.

HOW ARE YOUR PHOTOS DIFFERENT THAN STANDARD SCHOOL PHOTOS?

Our service is accessible and personal. This is a one man band - you'll have direct access to the person with the answers - the photographer, editor, liason with printing labs and deliverer. We believe this simplifies correspondence and communication for preschool teams, and ensures everyone is kept up to date.

Photos are presented in both colour and black and white. Parents can choose from various packages that include printed photos and digital files for future printing and archiving. We will provide a detailed PDF that will describe how to order and photoshoot day preparation for schools to distribute to families prior to photo day.

Prints are ordered online and we aim to deliver to the school within 2 months of photo day.

HOW MANY STUDENTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

We have served preschools with 20 to 60 children and can accommodate larger groups as needed. We specialize in working with children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years old.

HOW LONG DOES A PHOTOSHOOT TAKE?

We start from 9am working through to 12pm. We've found that this time frame maximises the best natural outdoor lighting and children are generally alert and excited for photos at this time of day. However, we are happy to accommodate the unique schedules and preferences of each school.

Ideally, we aim to spend sufficient time with each child to ensure we build a connection and create moments to capture their authentic mannerisms. This can range between 3 - 7 minutes per child.

When we have been assisted by a staff member that is familiar with the children, this drastically speeds up the photoshoot process.

ARE THESE IMAGES EXPENSIVE?

We are mindful of the challenges families face when purchasing high-quality professional photographs of their children. That's why we've crafted our packages to be both competitive and budget-friendly. We offer a variety of packages to fit everyone's needs. There are no upfront costs, all profit we receive is made from orders families make through our online gallery service.

WHAT TIME OF YEAR DO YOU CONDUCT THESE PHOTOSHOOTS?

We collaborate with each school to schedule photoshoots anytime during the academic year. Our photography specializes in using outdoor natural light, therefore to ensure the best results - we recommend scheduling your session during fine weather seasons to maximize good lighting conditions.

DO YOU PROVIDE CLASS PHOTOS?

Yes we do! These can be done on the day of the photoshoot. We prioritize class photos, so children who do not usually attend on the photo day can be present, then leave with their parents. These parents are notified to stay on site and allow 30 - 60 minutes in their schedule to accommodate class photo and individual portrait photo time of their children.

WHEN CAN PARENTS EXPECT TO SEE THEIR PHOTOS AND BEGIN ORDERING PRINTS?

We aim to give parents access to view their online photo galleries 14 days after the photoshoot day. Parents will be made aware that these photos are not the final edits. We do a final edit of each photo that is ordered before they are printed. This significantly reduces the time period between photo day and galleries ready to view. Examples of this will be sent in a PDF to be distributed to parents before the ordering process.

Parents are then given a 14 day period to order their photos. After this time, access to their galleries will be closed and no further orders can be made with no exceptions. We do this because we order all the photos at once to keep costs low.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE PRINT ORDERS?

All print orders are outsourced to a local printing laboratory so delivery times are dependant on their availability/workload. Therefore delivery times can range between 1 - 3 months.
